Steen Promoted to Executive Director and Administrator at Crescent Grove Memory & Personal Care

LOUISVILLE, KY (March 7, 2022) – Masonic Homes Kentucky has promoted Tanita Steen to executive director and administrator of Crescent Grove Memory & Personal Care. Steen previously served as assistant executive director of Sam Swope Care Center on Masonic’s Louisville Campus.

Steen joined Masonic in 2020, after holding the social services director position at Valhalla Health and Rehabilitation and Signature HealthCare of East Louisville. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master’s of Social Work from Spalding University.

Steen was recently honored as a Health Care Hero by Business First Louisville.
