Todd Lacy joined Masonic as chief financial officer in 2007 and was promoted to president in 2019. With more than 25 years of health care finance experience, Todd’s project accomplishments include facilitating the construction of more than 250 independent living units consisting of multiple entry fee Life Care communities and rebuilding a 136-bed skilled nursing community. Additional accomplishments include creating 48 new assisted living apartments and securing $5 million in bank financing for a prescribed pediatric extended care center to serve more than 100 typical and medically fragile children.

Prior to joining Masonic, Todd directed the accounting and financial functions for E.P.I. Healthcare Corp. for 10 years. Todd holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and health care administration from the University of Kentucky. He was a finalist for the 2012 Business First Louisville’s CFO of the Year Award.
