Opened in the fall of 2011, Sproutlings Pediatric Day Care & Preschool is an exceptional place for kids to grow. Located in Kosair Charities Center on our Louisville campus, Sproutlings is 13,000 sq. ft. of happy, inviting space, where children of all abilities can feel cared for, comfortable and stimulated.
Designated as a referral based Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care center for medically fragile children, Sproutlings offers a day care and preschool facility for children with significant medical needs, as well as typical children.

A referral-based Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care center, Sproutlings will offer an array of amenities and specialized medical services:
- Inclusive programming that encourages interaction among all children
- 6,000 sq.-ft. outdoor play area with fully accessible tactile trail, plus an indoor fully accessible play area
