Rehabilitation

Staffed by professional occupational, physical and speech therapists, rehabilitation centers are equipped to help individuals of all ages recovering from illness, accident or injury.

Home Care

Home care allows older adults to receive the support they need from the comfort of their own homes. Home care professionals are specially trained to help with a little bit of everything from assistance with daily tasks like bathing, laundry, running errands and meal preparation to providing companionship and conversation.

Independent Living

Active lifestyle communities provide maintenance-free accommodations with nearby amenities and entertainment spaces, as well as wellness and social activities, to maintain a healthy, independent lifestyle. Independent living often offers financial flexibility including rental or entrance fee options with asset preservation and other benefit.

Personal Care

Personal care is designed for individuals who enjoy independence, but need support with daily living activities and medication management. Residents enjoy the same social activities and services with the additional benefit of a licensed medical staff.

Assisted Living

Assisted living communities help with physical activities such as bathing, dressing and housekeeping as well as a variety of social and wellness activities. While staff may offer reminders, residents at assisted living communities must be able to manage their own medications.

Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing provides a high level of medical care by trained individuals such as registered nurses and therapists. Services may be accessed for a short period of time or on a long-term basis.

Memory Care

For individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, memory care can help extend independence and offers a safe, secure environment.
