Masonic Home Kids – a vital part of our history
Masonic Homes of Kentucky has a history of support and care than spans nearly 150 years
From 1867 through 1989, thousands of children grew up at Masonic Homes' original campus near downtown Louisville and the present location on Frankfort Avenue. They went to school, learned good manners, picked up a trade and became productive citizens.
As adults, the "Home Kids" continue their connection to each other and the Masonic Home community through the Masonic Home Alumni Association. Each summer, the group holds a reunion on our Louisville campus. To learn more about the Alumni Association and its activities, visit www.mhalumni.org.
